Tottenham Hotspur have submitted an initial €60 million (£51.8m/$70m) bid with RB Leipzig to sign Xavi Simons before the September 1 transfer deadline. The transfer fee could potentially increase to €70m (£60.5m/$81.7m) if all the bonuses are achieved.
