ToggleDavid Beckham used the adidas Predator boots, famed for their fold-over red tongue, throughout his illustrious career and now, the sportswear giant has chosen Bellingham to be the poster child of this reboot. According to the Daily Mail, the Predator 25 has reportedly been designed to enhance the grip between the boot and football, and they are available at a starting price of £50.

Beckham was one of the biggest names in football and generated huge wealth from off-field endorsements during his career. The fact that Bellingham has been chosen to wear this new shoe shows how marketable the 21-year-old is already.
The adidas Predator was first launched in 1994 and were based on a prototype concept from the former Australian footballer Craig Johnston. Beckham wore these boots for most of his career, as did Zinedine Zidane.
Aside from matters off the field, Bellingham could feature for Madrid when they take on Mallorca in the Supercopa de Espana on Thursday night. The shoes may be on show at the Santiago Bernabeu.
